Wednesday Q&A – 3/1/23

Ray’s question to Karen:

Q: Lobster Thermidor, steamed lobster with clarified butter or a lobster roll – which do you choose?

A: I choose lobster roll! That is probably because I had one for lunch at the Coral Reef many, many years ago and it was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten at Disney.

Karen’s Question to Ray:

Q: Are there any foods that you are too intimidated to order in a restaurant?

A: Not if it sounds appealing to me – it’s not so much about an individual ingredient for me as it is about the total picture. For example, I love chicken, veal and eggplant parmigiana, but I’ve seen in a few Italian restaurants recently shrimp parmigiana. I love shrimp, but the idea of it served parmigiana style sounds completely unappetizing to me!
