Wednesday Q&A – 2/8/23

Ray’s question to Karen:

Q: When you go for steak, do you like it rare, medium or well done?

A: It should always be served at a perfect medium rare! I don’t want it still mooing and I don’t want to be able to sole my shoes with it.

Karen’s Question to Ray:

Q: What are your feelings on Lamb?

A: I love it! Although I don’t think I’ve had it in years. Back when Lori and I were still just friends, and even on into the earliest years of our marriage, we used to make lamb chops with rosemary and Dijon mustard, but we haven’t in a long time. No reason why, just one of those things that fell off the menu rotation. I also like a roasted leg of lamb – my mom used to make an awesome one!
