Q: Happy New Year! You know I have to ask from time to time… Is this the year that you will conquer those cream puffs?
A: I think so. If I don’t conquer cream puffs, then we’ll never be able to make a croquembouche, right?
Karen’s Question to Ray:
Q: Now that you’ve called me out on cream puffs, what have you been putting off that you plan to accomplish in 2023?
A: I will put two things out there….
- To finally use that crepe maker!
- I love Chinese food, but have never actually cooked a Chinese dish. I put an easy Chinese recipes cookbook on my wish list and I did receive it for Christmas, so I’m definitely heading in the right direction to accomplish that goal.
