Q: Have you ever cooked anything using the sous vide method?

A: Technically no, but whenever I am watching a chef using this method on television my mind goes back to the frozen boil-in-bags from the 80’s. Do you remember them? I especially liked the Salisbury steak served with bread as an open faced sandwich.

Karen’s Question to Ray:

Q: How do you feel about Squirrel Nut Zippers?
