Q: Have you ever made you own sushi?
A: I have not! I was given a sushi kit as a gift once, but have never had the guts to try on my own. I do use the dishes and chopsticks from the gift through. Just not the rolling mats!
Karen’s Question to Ray:
Q: What do you look for in a BBQ sauce? Is there a specific style you prefer? Ex. North Carolina Vinegar, South Carolina Mustard, Kansas City Sweet and Sticky? Is there a style that is a definite no?
A: I most often reach for red barbecue sauces that are sweet and smoky, but I’m not opposed to trying others. A vinegar based sauce always pair well with meat, and while I’m not always a mustard fan, I was surprised to find I enjoyed the SC Mustard style when you all introduced me to it.
