Q: Have you participated in any cookbook clubs lately?

A: Yes! The October Rainydaybites challenge. The book is Home Food by Olia Hercules. Olia is a writer/chef/activist who is from Ukraine and lives in the UK. This book is a reflection of her life living in Ukraine, Cyprus, Italy and England. This book is definitely worthy of a deep dive!

Karen’s Question to Ray:

Q: Besides American and Italian, have you been delving into any other cuisines lately?

A: I haven’t gone for it yet, but I have been contemplating trying a Chinese dish or two. I love Chinese food, but have never actually made any.
