Wednesday Q&A – 5/25/22

Ray’s question to Karen:

Q: If you owned a restaurant, what kind of food would you serve? Would the restaurant have a theme?

A: I see the restaurant as European rustic concentrating on artisan breads, really good soups and sandwiches, and great tea and coffee. Nothing fancy. Just a place to take a load off and relax and perhaps take a boule of bread with you for later.

Karen’s Question to Ray:

Q: I know that you love your Aerogarden. Have you ventured out from the seeds pods sold by Aerogarden, and started any different or unusual seeds?

A: So far I have not, but your question comes at the perfect time! The 4th “season” of using my Aerogarden has come to an end and it’s time for me to think about what I plan to grow next.

When I started growing my last round, I did start to feel like I was becoming limited by the selection that Aerogarden offers. It’s certainly not a small selection, but after awhile I do find myself growing the same things over and over. Sounds like it may be time to branch out a bit!
