Ray’s question to Karen:

Q: Do you like Chinese food? If so, do you have a favorite dish?

A: I do! I love several dishes that are typical of a Chinese restaurant. House special fried rice or lo mein is always good. There was a chicken and sweet corn soup that I first had in England that is delicious, but have only found once in the US and that restaurant no longer exists. But I would say that most often when in a Chinese restaurant, I order Moo Goo Gai Pan.

Karen’s Question to Ray:

Q: Do you like Chinese food? What other Asian cuisine do you enjoy or would you like to try?

A: I love it! It is now and has always been one kind of food that I will never say no to. I also enjoy Japanese food and have sampled some Thai food and enjoyed it as well. Many years ago when I was still in college I did an internship at a pharmaceutical company. One day our department held a lunch where everyone brought in a homemade dish of their nationality. One woman was from The Philippines and she made Pancit which was an absolutely delicious noodle dish. To date, I believe it is the only Filipino dish I have ever tasted, but it was so good that I would be interested in trying more.
