Ray’s question to Karen:

Q: Do you have a favorite kind of cheese? If it is too hard to narrow down to one, go ahead and pick two or three!

A: I do love cheese! I love most cheese. Some that I love include Cahill’s Irish Porter, Sage Derby and Drunken Goat. My favorite cheese memory was when my Nan would make me melted Cheshire cheese on toast when I was a little girl. So, it has to be Cheshire!

Karen’s Question to Ray:

Q: What is your favorite type of olive?

A: Kalamata! The flavor is a bit more intense than other olives and I find that combination of saltiness along with a touch of bitterness to be awesome!
